Hello everyone! So, here is my problem.
I am an international student from Ukraine, studying in high school, currently, grade 11.
My study permit has expired on June 30, I applied for the extension online on June 13.
After 1 month, it was July 12, I got a letter from CIC, that they need an additional copy of documents, this document was Custodianship Declaration. This declaration must be signed and notarized by my Custodian and both parents. My parents live in Ukraine. But there was a problem, that my father was abroad at this point, so he could not sign it. We sent Ukrainian document, which is basically the same with this Custodianship form. This document was translated on English and notarized. I wrote the explanation for the officer, that we can't get one sign now. On August 1, I got 2nd request letter, it was the same with previous, CIC needed Custodianship Declaration. My father was still abroad, so we got signed and notarized page of Custodian, but did not make it for parents. August 9 I got refusal. The reason is obvious - I did not provide both pages of this form.
My father came home, and we made this Custodianship Form and applied on August 13. What is the chance now, that restoration will be granted?
Thank you.
