Anyone have updates on their file ? @Boby Thomas @Dmora12
I called IRCC today as my application is past 110 days, The agent told me since the application is past its normal processing time he sent a message to the officer, and he said IRCC will respond to me apparently.

Hi there,

My Inland Family Sponsorship (Spouse) application was approved in principle but this application is still in process in Etobicoke office. To restore my status, I applied for an Inland Spouse Open Work Permit on March 27 but The 100-day processing deadline has passed this month, but I have not received any updates since I submitted my application. When I check the IRCC portal, it only says: "We are processing your application. We will send you a message when there is an update or if we need more information from you."

Are you sure you received AIP and not AOR?

Yes, already received AIP saying that I was able to request my Work Permit

Applying for the OWP does not restore your status. Once you have your PR, you will have legal status.
