I did a restoration of status application in November 28, I got approved for the OWP on April 01
Thank you for your reply. May I ask what were you eligible for that they approved your OWP? I’m very worried about my situation. I used to have an employer specific WP. My spouse has an employer-specific WP, and has applied for PR. I was told I can apply for OWP and I did before the first WP expired but I didn’t pay $100 fee and they refused, therefore I lost my status. I stopped working and sent a restoration application but I’m worried if they will approve or not this time. My spouse is a Province Nominee, has a WP valid until 2023, and I’m the dependent on her PR application. Would that be sufficient for restoration and approval of OWP? Thanks.
