Hello. I am currently on restoration right now and found an employer that has an unnamed LMIA. But the agency that is handling hiring and all that stuffs wants me to go back to my home country to be able to process my work permit. I am a bit worried that i might not be able to come back. Because i know i can apply it here in Canada but they keep on insisting that they will send me home and they will process everything then I will come back here. That is why my other option is to apply for trv to be able to apply for restoration of status. Question is, is it really faster when i will be in my home country to process everything? I'm really worried. Please help!
