Restoration of status confused..

Hi I saw alot of post about this restoration of status but still I am a bit confused about this that is why I decided to make a new topic/question about this hoping that someone is going to jump and pay attention about my query.

under LCP
CIC gave only 1year valid WP
WP will expire July 2012
current employer doesnt want to extend contact
just found a new employer (still undecided if they will going to sponsor me under LCP but Im 95% sure that they will )

now we are on the process of gathering documents for spousal sponsorship application outland VO Manila Philippines (submitting it 1st week of April)

I only got 4 months to get a valid WP on my new employer before my current wp expire. My husband going to file the sposal sponsorship app this april so Im good with that my question now is that:

1.What if my new employer back out to hire me while my spousal sponsorship is already in process (what if) and I didnt have a chance to find another employer before the expiry of my current wp what is the best way to do?

2. Can you please explain further what is that restoration of status and who is going to benefit with that? (just red the restoration status on cic website but still it didnt asnwer my question)

3.is it possible to apply for restoration of status eventhough I dont have any employer to sponsor me for a new wp because I just need a status to stay in Canada while waiting for my husbands sponsorship for me?

4.and when is the best time to apply for the restoration?

HOW DO YOU PLAN TO APPLY UNDER SPOUSAL SPONSORSHIP WHEN YOU ARE NOT A PR OR CITIZEN HERE?

(just red the restoration status on cic website but still it didnt asnwer my question) If you are out of Status, within 90 days you can apply at Vegreville AB to restore your status. If you have an LMO before the 90 days are over, you can apply at Vegreville other you will have to leave the country and apply from overseas.
3.is it possible to apply for restoration of status eventhough I dont have any employer to sponsor me for a new wp because I just need a status to stay in Canada while waiting for my husbands sponsorship for me? Yes, you can apply without the employer but only option is TRV. You wont be able to apply for WP without an employer and an LMO. Once you find the employer, and if you are under valid TRV, you will have to apply at Seattle visa office for WP.
4.and when is the best time to apply for the restoration? After you WP and TRV is expired within 90days though
