Restoration of Status Application

We are almost ready to process the outland PR application. Just want to get your thoughts on this...

Do we have to send the Restoration of status application copy we sent to have my husband remain in Canada as a visitor and the denial letter too? I don't mind adding it.

I don't know how this is relevant to the PR outland application.

You mean his app to restore his status was denied??? or you have applied to restore his status?? i would suggest just leave it, they can access all that info from their system since he is in Canada...regardless, you can sponsor a spouse that is out of status or overstayed...good luck!

Thanks for you reply. The restoration of status was denied. We are applying outland, I just don't know if Buffalo needs that information. He is leaving Canada Friday and we are hoping he can come back in.

He will only be allowed back in if he has legal status, but like i mentioned, it wont have a negative impact on ur application...plus, he is leaving anywayz....good luck!

Yeah, we called the border, and the POE officer we talked to said, it sounds like their shouldn't be a problem for him to come back into Canada as longs as we can prove filed the PR outbound, and we paid the fees etc...
But that is just one POE officer, you never know who you will get.

I think you'll be ok, as long as you have everything in order all the proof etc etc there'll be no problems.

My husband was in an accident today with out son to add to the stress. They are both fine thank goodness.
