Restoration for visitor visa

Hi everyone,

I forgot extending my parent's visitor visa, so it was expired one week ago... I tried to apply for restoration, but a face a strange issue.
Their visa is not parent super visa, but when I apply, system requires Medical Insurance Coverage and Invitation Letter. I think those documents are required by Parents Super Visa. Anyone know what happened with my restoration application?

Wanting to know whether/that they have medical coverage is important even with a TRV.
