My mother lost her Indian passport while she was in India, it had valid Canadian visitor visa till 2029. Can I get this visa re-stamped without submitting a new visitor visa application and if so, which application would I submit. I was looking at Application for a Verification of Status (VOS) or Replacement of an Immigration Document (IMM 5545) but I do not know if this is the right application or do i need to submit a new application again with all documents. Please advise.
