Hi,
I had submitted my application on 10th April, today I received the procedural fairness letter which states that the officer is not satisfied with job duties I performed in my jobs, that it doesn't match with the job codes (main duties including statement) that I mentioned in the application.
They have requested to provide an evidence and additional documents to suffice their concern.
Now, what documents and evidence I can submit??
Should I get another reference letter from my employer which would state exact job duties which they are asking? or any other document?
All ideas are welcomed and an immediate help would be highly appreciated.

Thanks in advance!

Hi,
I received similar procedural fairness letter and I have submitted response through webform. My employer didn't provide letter with duties performed so I had to provide affidavits from former colleagues as supporting document. Hope that you case went through smooth and received your PR. Can you please share timelines and updates on your case.

Then what is your question because post is from 2018 and OP only posted once. many threads on PFL depending on issue.
Today a friend received the procedural fairness letter which states that the officer is not satisfied with job duties and Related NOC. How long does this take and how was this addressed…

So what is the NOC and did the employment letters match the NOC. Or did VO state that another NOC should have been selected. Can’t comment without knowing NOC and seeing employment letters. There is no timelines for PFLs since it is so serious. It can be a few months or years. Get a lawyer if needed to respond.
