1) Nova Scotia guided me to send forms to Buffalo ofice but they kept my original signed forms. Do I send only photocopies only this time?

2) My address is changed since I send it to Sydney, NS and I am laid off and no longer working. Should I fill new forms altogether to include this info or just attached a page mentioning changes and attach it to copies of original Nova Scotia forms and send??

you can fill the forms agian and sign them., if u changed any info prepare a cover letter.

you can reprint only the signature page of each form sign it and discard the photo copy signature
