Response From CHC after Disappearance of ADDRESS on ECAS

My address disappeared on 13th July and still no update.

e-cas still is IN PROCESS with rbvo.

Today also same status-IN PROCESS.No change.Address is still missing.(Address missing since 12th July)

one of the main reasons to remove the address that they are preparing a letter to be sent and of course they will not allow u to check ur ecase and change ur address before they make sure that the letter has been received

what could be written on those letters? any guess? lots of controversies going on with this disappearance of addresses, may stories and many hopes shrouding over this this matter.

What I feel all the visa offices are in active mode after being in the sleeping mode for a while . Hope coming weeks will bring lots of news.

Can you please tell me the description in your e-CAS...is there line added like: we reviewed your application and the process began from ..........?

Hello everyone

My husband address in e-cas also disappeared last July 15...
Is there any possible reason why it's like that or it means your application is moving...
He's e-cas only shows application received and medical result received...
it doesn't even indicate if it's IN process...

the ecas face seem have been changed a bit, i think they already converted to the new system?

Yes,I am also seeing following changes in ecas.

Their is a new look to the Client Application Status (e-cas) page. The drop-downs to fill Identification type & number have shifted to the left. However their doesn't seem to be any apparent change in functionality or results shown.....anybody see any change?

Also,address still missing.Status-In process only.

THE EASIEST WAY TO UNDERSTAND WHETHER THE PAGE IS CHANGED OR NOT, IS TO LOOK FOR THE DATE MODIFIED (AT THE BOTTOM OF THE PAGE ) :
IT IS MENTIONED "Date Modified: 2011-07-11"

1.Does that mean -THIS CHANGE IS HAPPENING FOR ALL ?central system upgrade?
or
2.Does that mean - address disappearance has some connection with working on that particular file ?

mine is gone today status is RBVO, my AOR date is 7th April after that no communication. after reading all the responses here, I come to one point that because I have requested for CAIPS Notes in the first week of July, address got disappeared.

Members any inputs to this please?
