Did anyone receive email from immigration officer?

An individual officer or a letter or document with an officer's name (first only) at the bottom?
An e-mail direct from an individual officer would be highly unlikely.

Ok, I got mail from individual officer, with two letters as signature. I think it’s his first name and last name

Just asked for info but didn’t ask for any supporting docs. Should I be providing it in this case?

They asked me when is my latest entry to Canada

Yes I did but then forwarded to CPC Ottawa official email id. I’m awaiting their reply.

Is it cc.ca or gc.ca?
