resignation notice...help

good eve everyone hope someone can help me my case is my employer is not following the contract, they only pay me 6.50 per hour but in my contract is 10.56/hour and i work from 8am-11pm and with break time of 3 hours (from 7pm-10pm) and he keep saying that i only work 4-5 hours even my contract state that im a fulltime live in caregiver. They're make my paycheck twice a month which supposedly bi-weekly. I worked on holiday without pay. They're not giving me pay slip and i pay my internet connection which in contract is free. Lately i decided to find other employer and i found one and she's starting to process my LMO. Currently, im still working here at my employer and i want to resign, is it possible for me to resign in one week even though in my contract its two weeks but the point here is they violated a lot in my contract.

HELP GUYS NEED ANSWER HOPE SOMEONE CAN REPLY ON MY CASE.. :'(

What province are you in? If they violated your contract, you don't even have to give notice. Report them to Service Canada; hope you had listed the days/hours worked so you have supporting doc.

im in Ontario and now i found out that my employer plan to call the Canadian immigration to inform that i will be working here till March 28 and they want me to deport in Philippines...what im gonna do? even my relative is helping them...

thanks Wsongco..it relieves me for a while..may i asked they insulted me here cause i told them i will be leaving after two weeks, they want me to leave after they find a replacement in my work (and its indefinite) but i stand in my decision..in my contract i need to give them two weeks notice..is it possible for me to leave after a week cause the environment is not good anymore don't want to receive insult that im stubborn, no care, in compassionate, no human relation, no heart cause im making them unhappy, whose friend putting ideas in my mind about my contract cause i didn't agree with his conditions..i cried and i wanna leave right away..is it possible for me to leave without following the two weeks notice?

my relative instead of believing me she believes with them and she's the one recommend with them (my employer) to call the Canadian Immigration..Now i resigned in my work and pack my things..I will just send to them the resignation letter on Monday or tuesday cause i can't take anymore..I'm mentally and emotionally tortured and stress..I didnt follow the 2 weeks resignation notice on my contract cause they already breach everything in my contract, the working hours, salary, don't have payslip, no weekends off even i have in my contract, im full time and not part time ( he keep insisting i work 4 hours in a day), no payment on legal holiday, he make my salary twice a month but in contract its bi-weekly.

I'm sorry to hear that. Try call 18882422100 there's an option to choose victim of abuse Livein caregiver and report them right away. Give them your client I.d number to easily identify your profile. You can found it in your work permit on the upper right side 8 digit numbe xxxx-xxxx. Hope it help
