2. Min 1 joint utilities document.
(I am canadian citizen i do have utilities on my name, but it is impossible for me to add her name on any utilities without her having SIN # - What shuld I submit ?)

3. Any Important Government Document showing same address ( Credit Card Statement ?)

Any help would be appreciated.

I think you can have your parents write a letter regarding the housing situation.

My husband is also on visitor visa and we had no problem opening a joint bank account at TD.

You shouldnt need a SIN to add her to something like an internet bill? What about your insurance or benefits? My husband is on mine no issues with no SIN.

I am not sure, to be honest.

But as I said above my husband is on a visitor visa through all of this and it was no problem

Yea you can open a joint account as an international student. The only issue my spouse had was that the bank we were using needed a Canadian photo ID. She had gotten her provincial ID which made it smooth sailing.

If I'm correct, I don't think they asked you to prove all those but maybe 1 out of all and if you wish you can send them all. They simply need to see the same address. You just have at least one because they know there are reasons why you can't or never needed to have all of those

You can open a joint account at TD bank if you are on Student Visa and your husband is Canadian PR/Citizen. As long as you submit a copy of your marriage certificate to the bank as proof.
