Hi All,
I am a PR holder from 2005 onwards, however was travelling frequently back home till 2008 and finally settled here in Sep 2008.

I need some advice for my case, which was filed in Oct 2010 and test and interview conducted in July 2011, however requested for some Arabic translation from my passport, which were provided and than after some follow came to know that they misplaced after 02 years in early 2013. I provided the same again and found that they require a fresh copy and as per there direction i got them translated from the institute the asked and after providing translation 04 times, finally i met the supervisor at Mississauga CIC office, how refused to accept those translation and the meeting ended up in an argument as I was totally frustrated. now on the same day they send me the resident questionnaire.

My concern were that I am not having bank details ( as I did not open the bank account / Health card) for some of the initial period. as I was doing some odd jobs and not planning to settle here.

The other concern is that how much time they will take more If I submit the resident questionnaire as of today.

will it not be be a better idea to cancel my old case and submit the new case.

Does CBA keep records of people travelling via road to USA ?

Its better to write all the details one by one as per question on RQ , tell them exactly what the CIC required , for translation plz only certified translators are acceptable with with original signed and stamped paper.
Just follow the instructions and give the detail as maximum. about 50000 peoples got this paper RQ so no worries you are not alone.
