Residency Status on OPT (Optional Practical Training) In USA

I did my masters from 2012-2014 and then worked for 2 years on STEM OPT in US. What would be my residency status on OPT for canada Immigration Express Entry while on OPT STEM after graduating. Is it "Work Permit" or "Study Permit" ? I am confused because technically OPT STEM also comes under F1 Student Status. Urgent help needed!

I understand that you're referring to your personal history. IRCC is not concerned with your residence status, that is to say, not what type of residence permit you were holding but rather, what you were doing at that point of time. From what you wrote, you should say you were working.
