residency questionare before the test

Hi every one
I applied for Canadian citizenship in 2008 and I did the citizenship test in 2010, and before the test I received R.Q. next month I sent all the documents which prove that I was living in Canada since 2005.... Since the citizenship test (more than 2 years) unfortunately I did not receive any letter from the immigration, when I call them they say wait and wait but how long I have to wait? I do not know......
Please friends I am waiting for your advise and help....

your case duration seems to be higher than normal time,
you need to contact local M.P. or M.P.P

do you know why is it getting delayed ?
did you meet the residency ?
