Yes I agree. Surprisingly officers at land borders also did not questioned regarding their RO.

That says more about CBSA if anything. Risking going to the US when you are significantly out of compliance comes with a huge risks. If not prepared to lose PR don’t do it.

my mother was on wheelchair, so the airport staff near CBSA counter, told me and my parents to exit without meeting CBSA staff after generating slip from kiosk.

after arriving my parents also made multiple trips to USA by land border, and the CBSA officer didn't asked any questions.

They just got lucky. At any point they could have been reported.

They probably don't check on people on wheelchair.
