Hi,
I was a Permanent Resident of Canada but I didn't receive my PR card and therefore I applied for a PRTD which was refused in India. I appealed against the decision in IAD and finally my hearing has also been done. But since the minister counsel wasn't present, the decision was not given immediately. I was told that the decision would be mailed to me within 60 days. Will it be 60 business days or 60 regular days? Please let me know if anyone knows about it.

It's calendar days however this is just an estimate. It could take shorter or longer to hear a decision. Good luck.

Hi, I just received my appeal decision. Luckily, the appeal was granted. What is the next step? If I apply for PRTD, what duration of PRTD will I be issued?

Can anybody help me with this?

But the member gave her decision and voided the refusal decision.

Without the minister counsel‘s either approving or having no objection a final verdict can’t be given. According to your previous posts he/she has still not given their input yet.
