I would really appreciate if anyone can shed light on my situation.

1.)I have an ongoing appeal for my permanent residency status, due to my not meeting my residency obligation, although an appeal date has not been fixed. (I am in Canada).
2.)My husband applied for Express entry as the PriNCIPAL applicant and me as the Spouse and got an ITA for the application.

Kindly advise please, would my ongoing appeal mar the Express entry application in any way?

No, since you have not committed an offense any sort, nothing can be held against you or your spouse...

Your appeal won't impact your husband's application. As you are still currently a PR, your husband can't actually include you as his dependent in the the application.

If you don't have strong H&C grounds for not meeting the RO, you should consider renouncing your PR status now and being included in your husband's application.

Note that if you still have an appeal ongoing, you will eventually be dropped from your husband's application as a dependent. You cannot be included in his application as a dependent at this time since you are still a PR.

If your husband has ITA, it would probably make more sense to withdraw your appeal and formally renounce your PR status so that you can be included as a dependent in your husband's application.
