Residencey days counts while working in USA

Please help me regarding Canada Citizenship residency days counts.

I worked in Canada in Oct 2009 to Jan 2010 on behalf of Indian IT company before getting my PR. I got my PR in Nov 2010. I got transferred in Jan 2010 to USA on behalf of same company .
Please advise if my days can be counted while working in USA as my company has branch in Toronto, Canada as well along with USA and other countries?

No. Nothing is counted if you stay outside of Canada.

Your days in the US will definitely not count towards citizenship. Further, assuming your company is not considered to be a "Canadian company", your PR residency obligations may also be in jeopardy since you haven't lived in Canada for 2 out of the last 5 years.
