RESIDENCE QUESTIONNAIRE (PLEASE HELP)

Hi every one i have recieved the Residence questionnare for citizenship. but i cant understand (Documentation) that mention that.
Please provide documentry evidence that demonstrates the quilty of your ties to Canada since you came here.Any documnets that you feel establishes these ties should accompany this questionaire whether or not it is a suggested doucments. The documents you provide should cover at least 4 years immediately preceding the date of the your citizenship application.
Please help me to answer this question, All of this forum please reply me if anyone have any idea i will be very thankful.

It looks like they need any and every document which proves that you were really living in Canada during the last 4 years. These documents could include bills from hydro and telephone, credit card statements, bills from rent, bank account statements, tax returns from federal and provincial governments, pay cheques from work. Any similar document will also be helpful to them.
Could you please let us know why they requested you to provide this questionare?

I think , my old passport expire & i made the new one, but new passport contain my beared old one i was clean shave.that's i can assume, i m not sure, thanks for your reply i willl collect alll 4 years documents & will send then as soon as possible.

Thanks Khanzada for your reply. Make sure you take photocopies of the documents that you will send them. Just in case, you may need these documents somewhere else.

Hi khanzada,
How possitive are you that RQ was issued for new and old passport together? Is there any other reason? I mean less physical presence some thing like that. I'm asking cause I do also have old and new passport together.

Dear Dhaka,

I want back to pakistan for 2 months last 4 years, i dont think so is there any more issue expect that, but egyman was right they need photocopies for all the documents that show i m living in canada for example my rent lease, morgates, utility bill, bank statement etc..... & they asked me social ties in canada I am not involed any social organization in canada that part is not belong to me. I hope that will good enough for Citezenship & hope so they will issue citizenship letter sooon. thanks for every one

Social ties don't mean "social organizations". They simply things that prove you were living in Canada. A bank account or house in Canada are one example. Like I told you before send them any piece of paper that has your name and address in Canada. It may be helpful if you make subfolders. For example, put all work related documents together, all bank documents together...etc

It can happen they gave RQ due to old/new passport. On the test day, the officer asked you question regarding your tie in Canada or something else? If you don't mind, can you share your timeline please?
