I am saying that based on cp5 page 16-17.

CP5 page 16 says: <i>"The following list, while not exhaustive, includes indications that further inquiry into declared residence <u>may be required</u>. It is important to note that <u>indications alone do not necessarily mean a case of residence not being met</u>. Their weight and credibility vary and must be considered in <u>conjunction with all information on file.</u>"</i>

There is a <b><u>chance</u></b> that RQ will be given again, but then again that chance always exists.

I withdrew my application and re-applied in Jan 2012-I received RQ again few days ago.Can somebody share timeline for residency questionere.

should I meet a judge when I got RQ?

I applied citizenship on July 2011, I got RQ yesterday. Since our family applied together, my question is this RQ will affect me only or it will cause the whole family application delayed?

RandyX - Since you applied together as a family, the whole family's application will be delayed. As far as I know you cannot separate the files.

if you are hurry to get the citizenship you have option to split the application.
if want you confirm with the CIC HELP DESK.
