Resent Application

Hi, I Have resent my sponsorship application to cpc-m in mid-aug after they had sent it back to me for want of more documentation, they have given me a kit no and client no, now my q is whether it will be processed on a priority basis as it was submitted to the officer directly thought the reply post it sent with the returned application or will it be like a new application and timelines.?????????

I believe it will be treated as a new application and the process will begin from the beginning. Considering they sent the whole application back, you will have to wait the 42 days processing time.

I thought so though i have 2 q's then, one is that immi office told me they have opened the envelope on the 25th Aug and secondly what is the relevance of the kit no given then.

If you sent it mid August then it makes sense they have opened it on August 25th. Not sure about the reason for the kit #. In either scenario you should have sponsorship approval pretty soon if they opened it on August 25th. Maybe even sooner than the 42 days
