Resend pr card photo request plz help me

Dear folks,
Is there anyone is my situation i landed on october 11 but today i got request for resend photo again so if some one send pr photo again how did u send and where did u send and did give one extra xprespost to get back early

Hi shah0076,

Fill the form "IMM 5455- Supplementary Identification form" and also include photocopy of your COPR , photos and send the package to CIC office.
Also, include an enclose letter which will say your Client ID number and Application number. It will be helpful for the officer to verify your file.

I have sent the copies to the below address and I received my PR card within 3 weeks(max)

Can i sent canada express post and should i give another expres post inside than i could get my pr card earlier

you dont have to include any additional express post letter. they will be sending the PR card in a normal post.
Just send the package through express post so that you can track it.

I would appreciate if you can provide the reason why they requested new photos ? Were the photos you sent along with passport not as per cic specifications?

If possible, I request you to paste the content of the cic email that requested new photos ( removing your personal information).

Permanent Resident Card - Photo Retake Required

If you applied for a Permanent Resident Card and the Case Processing Centre requires that you provide new photos, you must send them according to the photo specifications with a Supplementary Identification form (IMM 5455) to the following address:

Case Processing Centre -
Permanent Residence Card
P.O. Box 4500
Sydney, Nova Scotia
B1P 6L1

Please note that if you do not send the requested information within 180 days from the date of the letter, you will have to submit an Application for a Permanent Resident Card (PR Card) and include the payment in order to obtain a PR Card.
