Rescheduling of oath ceremony - acknowledgment of receipt

My daughter has recently been diagnosed with cancer. She missed the oath ceremony because it was at the same time as an important medical appointment before the start of chemotherapy.
She sent an email to CIC-CITOY-CONVO@cic.gc.ca and obtained an acknowledgment of receipt like this:
"Thank you for contacting Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC). Please note that we have received your email and that we will not respond, unless there is a missing information."
Does that mean that her request is processed or does it mean that her request was ignored/thrown out because of an unspecific subject line or unprecise wording? I am concerned because at the oath ceremony of our group the agent did not find any information on the rescheduling in her file.
How can she find out if her request is considered?

Sorry for the bad news regarding your daughter. Best wishes for her recovery.
Also, this is probably just an automatic mail you can ignore. They received your message but have not acted on it yet.
Having missed her first ceremony, she will be rescheduled once. This is standard IRCC policy. The issue is that you can't really control when the second one will take place, and sometimes IRCC takes months to do so. Once you have a clearer view regarding the availability of your daughter, let IRCC know so they take this into account.
