Reschedule Finger Print Request

Hi All,

I have received a letter to submit my fingerprints to RCMP for my Citizenship within 30 days of the notification (I got the letter on 16 Feb 2024). The issue is that I won't be in Canada within the 30 day timeframe. I have already raised a webform explaining my situation on 16th Feb but I haven't received a reply yet.

Is there anything that can be done ? Has anyone experience of rescheduling/postponing the fingerprint submission ?

I had to call the helpline of IRCC and explain them my situation, they will send you the webform link on your email. But after raising the webform I didn't hear anything back for around 15 days so I just replied back on the email from which I had received the fingerprint request and they gave me the extension.
