Requirements for Provincial Nominee - international student

Hello everybody,
I need your help for a doubt I have.
I'm going to Toronto to attend a postgraduate course in HR Management at George Brown. It is 8 months class+4 months co-op, so 1 year program.
Am I elegible for PR with the provincial nomination program if I find a permanent job offer?

Please let me know, I know immigration rules are changing and I feel to bad.

I also have another question. Considering that I have 4 years experience in my field (NOC A or B don't remember), could I apply for PR with a provincial nomineal program in Ontario as a foreign worker?
The website says:

At least two years of work experience (within the previous five years) in the intended occupation, or have appropriate registration in Ontario, if applying for a position in a regulated occupation in Ontario.

Do these 2 years need to be gained in Canada or even abroad (I worked in Italy).

Sorry, another question for everybody as I'm new with this program!

I read the employer doesn't need a LMO, but he just has to fill out the Pre-Screening Application and wait for it to be approved.
My question is: how many chances do I have it will be approved for a job offer as Recruiter?

I mean, does immigration give any priority to certain kind of occupations with the provincial nominee?

Have you gone to the PNP links for Ontario? You can also relocate to another province and if you find a job there can apply from there as well. If you get a skilled position and work there 1 year full time you can also be eligible for CEC
