Requirements for Common Law

Hi Guys, need help here... I'm planning to apply for FSW with my partner (not married) as "common law partner". There's a section in common law declaration form (IMM5409E) to identify the Commissioner of Oaths and attach his/her signature. May I know who are the valid commissioner of oaths and what are the needed documents for this? Thanks in advance.

Search for a notary public in your area. They can be your commissioner of oath.
