Required documents dissapeared over time... ???

I'm applying with my wife and two kids.

I filled the form approx. 15 days ago. I was collecting all documents, scanning them, etc. with a printed list. Today I started uploading them and discovered, that some of the required documents are missing!

I was claiming 3 jobs for work experience, but I see only one "Employment Records" requirement. There were three before.

The requirements for pictures, birth certificates and medical exam for my kids were gone, but I discovered, that one of the questions in the questionnaire got "unchecked (if they were a Citizen or Pernanent Resident of Canada) - however the first page was showing only green check marks!

Anyone had similar issue? I sent an error report ("Share with CIC"), but I'm concerned it might take a while to get a response... Maybe someone knows where to fix this in the questionnaire? I tried adding more work experience, but nothing new shows up on the list...

EDIT: Is there a "reset" button on the application? Now I'm concerned, that something might have got messed up badly...
 
the kids documents will appear when u update the details again.
but for work history, now we have only a single row to upload all the docs..

Yes it happened to me as well . The system has added a couple of new question on wether or not your child was born in Canada or has status . Go back to the application and go through the citizenship and immigration section of your children . Muir will find the questions . After you answer them you will find the documents needed to be uploaded back again . Now if you have a Canadian born child it will not ask you for a medical exam which was a system flaw before .

I have the same problem with the work experience.

If anyone finds a way to fix it (or notices CIC fixed it), it would be very nice to let us know here.

Please note that you may choose any existing option, then include the correct information in a letter, and upload it to the Letter of Explanation section of your online application's document checklist.
