Require document from CIC for Open Work Permit application

Hi,
i just got the email from CIC about my open work permit application, it said that i need to pay the addition $100 as open work permit holder fee.
And i paid it through CIC, but it did not specify where should i submit the payment proof, is anyone can help me?

is it possible that the system is not updated? or can someone tell me where can I submit the payment proof?
