Hi all,

1. Can anyone recomend any Indian immigration consultant very professional in approach to file FSW visa file.

2. Is it advisable to reduce risk through a consultant rather than applying myself - it may mean wasting a year ?

No one is good...

No value addition instead more risk through agents......

Better do it yourself...

Hello Rahul,

We almost went with WWICS...then had second thoughts because we could feel their incompetence. Then a friend recommended Y Axis. We almost signed up with them. Infact we even paid the 1k registration fee. But decided against it as after the 3rd meeting with them, their incompentencies started to show. There is a huge disconnect at Y Axis about what their branch offices think and what the head office at Hyderabad think and what is reality. Oh let me tell you this. The Branch Manager who we met....she was filing for her brother....she was still gathering his docs during mid July 2011!!!! Can you beat that!!!!

May I suggest? You try to do everything on your own first. Go through the CIC website in detail. Go through EG7000 and doc checklist in detail. If you have doubts, please find your answers from this forum. Most of your queries would be answered if you just do a quick keyword search. It has a lot of lovely people, who are always willing to help. After this also should you feel the need for a consultant, then look for one. You are planning for 2012, so there's lot of time.

Hope your doubts have been put to rest. Else feel free to ask.

Cheers

Many thanks Your highness...........

Honestly i was in talks with YAxis only and did found the same mismatch of ideas amongt their own officers.

My only fear was that I might not miss on anything that may lead to 2013. well i would now be preparing things on my own and since i have got time in hand so shall be able to complete on my own.

alright tell me do you have to submit the transcipts of educational documents and if i get them within this year but submit along with application next year then will it be any problem. ?

Transctipts were a MUSt till last year. As per this year's checklist, it is not a MUST. It clearly says, provide "if available". Go thru this.

Do let me know should you need further help. And sorry for the delayed response.

Hi Rahul,

DO NOT GO FOR ANY CONSULTANT......IT ONLY COMPLICATES THE PROCESS....APPLYING TO CANADA IMMIGRATION IS VERY SIMPLE PROCESS.....GOING TO A CONSULTANT IS LIKE THROWING MONEY IN A DUSTBIN.....THIS FORUM IS VERY VERY HELPFUL AND YOU WILL GET ALL YOUR QUESTIONS ANSWERED...BEST OF LUCK
