Hi All,

Please can someone clarify, requests for medical and RPRF fee means interview is waiwed??

Many thanks,

Hi Rizcom123,

They would have mentioned in the letter addressed to you about the interview waiver, does it mention anywhere in the letter about interview not required at this time.

In my case it was so, they stated that at this time we do not require an interview and go ahead to do the medicals and pay the RPRF fee.

Thanks

Max

Thanks for your responses (ajit and max)

max_lee,

I havent received the Medical documents from the lawyer yet, therfore I dont know what's mentioned on the letter however documents have being despatched from Canada so I will be receiving in a day or two. Is it they mentioned on the seperate letter on yours that the interview is waived.

Thanks,

No, it will be mentioned on the same letter that interview is not required at this time but CIC reserves the right to call anyone for an interview after sending that letter which usually doesn't happen. So if they say that, most likely interview is waived. Tell your lawyer to send a scanned copy to you via email in advance to cut this suspense.
