Did you submit again the application? Can I ask if did you attached the payment done for the pr application? Or did they refund and you process a new payment for your sponsonship? Im trying IRCC but they are busy.

They refund me the money . I’m submitting application soon . Try calling before 12. I called at 11 am and waited 5 mins to talk to someone . They will ask you for your UCI and application number.
