Requesting for additional Extension for FBI PCC

Hello All,

I had submitted my application and received my AOR on 14th October. I had added a LOE (Letter of Explanation) for not attaching the FBI PCC. On 19th/20th October, I received a mail from CIC giving me an extension of 60 days till 19th December to submit my FBI PCC.

In reality (and based on my calculations) based on the FBI Timelines and Canadavisa forum, I should have received my FBI PCC this week but due to delay from their end they are just going to open/process my application/request in the coming week. which falls pretty close to the submission deadline and I'll only receive a week to 10 days after that.

My plan of action here is to submit another LOE with the correspondence from FBI to request an additional extension; and upload it via myCIC portal or by raising a CSE as and when I receive it.

My query here to all is.. if any of you guys been in similar situation....and have requested for another extension.... and if you have successfully obtained the second extension from CIC.. Also if any particular info is a must add to the second LOE while uploading.

you inputs would be really valuable to me and others... as getting FBI PCC is a nightmare experience...

I'm Indian currently residing in India. I need the FBI PCC as I did my Masters there and also worked there.
