Requested medical even after sending the upfront medical

I submitted my application after receiving my ITA. Me and my wife both in canada.
I submitted the upfront medical document while applying.

Now after almost 28 days, CIC is asking a medical test for my wife. What should I do? Do a case specific enquiry?

I kindly request your opinion/experience regarding this.
 
Are you sure your wife's medical form uploaded and sent properly?

Maybe they missed it. Once you're sure that's what they are asking and not medical furtherance then you probably just need to resubmit the form.
You can always call the medical centre to double check what date they submitted it to IRCC and make sure she doesn't need further testing for anything.
 
Hi macaly7, i am quite sure I uploaded it correctly because when i open my submit ted document page it still shows the file uploaded. I checked the filename as well.
 
Very strange. They usually don't ask for a new medical unless it's expired or near expired. Maybe just resubmit it. It could be a system glitch too.
Perhaps you can call or raise a CSE to check exactly what they want.
