Requested for my SON's latest passport picture before sending the medical forms

We have the same instructions. The only difference is that we were no longer asked to settle the RPRF coz we've already settled the landing fee last 2006.

Hi Ehdgar,

I just found out that the Canadian Embassy here in the Philippines uses the regular postal mail that normally takes 12-14 days before the mail gets delivered. I was told that this is the reason why we have not yet received our medical forms. There is a possibilty that the forms are already on its way

Please let me know if you have already received yours.

It is indeed a very nice wedding anniversary gift. I think yours are also on the way, as I was just a few days ahead of you from submitting the additional docs. A few days back I was also asked to sent my updated IM0008 & SCHEDULE 1/DECLARATION FORMS and the photographs .

Can anyone confirm that should I also need to send all the supporting documents with the updated forms?
(since I have already sent them all supporting documents )

i think what u have asked u should send. i was asked PCC + updated form + photos and i sent only required not any supporting doc

YES, I am here too.some few days ago, I have received such request for the documents .yesterday I finished my baby's medical. reading your post , now I am somewhat relieved from the tensed situation . my visa office is Singapore . can you share your experience, why did they make such documents request when we submitted those docs at the time full docs submission . anything wrong with ? although, we waited for long for my baby birth, the VO withheld our case till the baby's birth.

Where is your VO? Mine is Manila. I will be getting our forms tom, Monday from our consultant. I still dont have idea where to do the medical exams. You should be receiving yours soon. Good luck to all of us and God bless too!

went to Nationwide in Makati. I'll also have our medicals in Nationwide Makati once our medical forms are with me. Hope everything will go smoothly with your medical. Good luck & God bless!!!

Well accdng to the email that I've got, it is stated there that within 3-6months after the medical they will ask for the passport. But of course maybe if there's no problem with medical & security check they might ask for it the soonest possible time(this is just my presumption though). We're planning to settle at Alberta, we don't have relatives also in Canada. How many days since the time you submitted your RPRF & addt'l docs did you get your medical forms?

It was exactly 20 days from submission of documents to sending the medical forms. We submitted June 14, then the medical forms dated July 4. We are also planning to settle in Alberta specifically in Calgary as they said there's plenty of jobs available. May I know what your occupation is? I am a chef and used to work in the US in Washington DC. Hope to meet you there. Are you currently in the Phils?
