request to send my file to Canada Embassy of Manila

Hi,

Currently at Dubai and just received our temporary file no. last April 15/2015, starts with XEP.
. my questions are:

1. can i request cic to send my documents to canada embassy manila.
2. what will be the proof or supporting documents?
3. I am requesting a transfer since i decided to go home in June n which for sure by the time they myt further request of anything i myt in Manila alrdy.

ur inputs will be appreciated.

Do u have your AOR npo?Sa pag,kakaalam ko po,tnatransfer naman po ng CIC ung file ng,isang applcant du0n po sa visa office ng,h0me c0untry nya when the procesing starts,in your case po sa canadian embassy manila po ang process ng PR nyo po..cguro no wories po pg,uuwi kau ng pinas,as l0ng as narcv nyo na po AOR..im n0t so sure with this but ths is base on d prvious forums na nbasa ko,.sana may mas mkakatulong pa po to make ths clear..god bless po.

1. Yes you can request to transfer your file to CEM, but make sure you have received your UCI and file application number so that this clearly identifies the applicant and the application file. However, approval is not guaranteed, so you have to put in clear and compelling reasons for the request to be approved.
2. Your reason is repatriation, so make sure you present your separation papers (i.e. termination, resignation, end of contract). I suggest get a letter from your HR stating your end day in the company - that helps.

just have file no. that starts with XEP.. as far as i am concerned it's still not a final one though cic has considered the application as complete. perhaps ill just wait for the UCI and so i can be able to request a transfer letter. tnx sa tulong po..
