Hello everyone,

We are applying for an inland spousal sponsorship and just got a letter from the CPC in Mississauga requesting to send a police certificate to the following address:
CPC - Vegreville
Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada
6212-55 Avenue Unit 909
Vegreville AB

The thing is, we originally applied to the CPC in Mississauga and the letter came from there as well. Is it normal that they'd want us to send the PCC to another case processing centre?

Any insight would be greatly appreciated! And good luck to everyone!

Hi!

I did the same thing as you and got a letter. I emailed CIC via Case Inquiry and sent them photos of the proof that we sent it to Mississauga. I got a reply back saying that they have indeed received it and was sent to the appropriate office for processing :) I suggest that you email the CIC to ensure that they have received your PCC.

I think that's normal guys

For example when you apply for Open Work Permit (while your inland application is processed) you send your document to Vegreville
Also when an officer was reviewing my inland application, she was from Vancouver office

So it's different offices handling different tasks
