And my presonal case has been registered in CIAS on 2/september/ 2004 case NO A5246-ARAF-867 by the name of ARAFAT SHAMS ELDEEN OSMAN.Then I went to prison for years At that time, I was waiting for the packages to come Note that all documents with me so i would like to know that Can I reopen the case again? What is required for me exactly so. please reply asap . Thank you.
