Im applying from mexico for a study visa. I submit my aplication (ONLINE) in oct 21, 2015.
This nov 4, CIC send me an email requesting for a higher expiry passaport, it rest about 2 years for expiry, but I think i have to do what they ask, so finally I get a new one, with a higher expiry. So in this time when I want to upload this document CIC request, I find that there’s no way to upload it.
I follow this steps of the CIC website:
1.Sign in to your MyCIC account.
2.Under “View my submitted applications” click on “Check status and messages”.
3.Under “Application Details” click on “View submitted application” at the bottom of the page.
4.On this page, you will have the opportunity to upload the additional document, the same way you uploaded the others.
5.To upload your document, find the document listed in your checklist that appears as “Not provided” and click on “upload document”.
THE PROBLEM IS in my checklist there’s no “not provided” or “upload document”. Mine is like this

Application/profile status---------------------Open
Review of medical results---------------------Passed
Review of submitted documents------------No additional documents are needed at this time (HERE IS THE PROBLEM: IT HAVE TO SAY “NOT PROVIDED”, FOR UPLOAD A DOCUMENT)
Scheduling an interview-----------------------Not needed at this time
Review of biometric information-----------Not needed at this time
Final decisión------------------------------------Not Started
Please advise, I have limited time.
What do you think:
-an option of “not provided” will open in Dec 4?
-I have to think this is about a technical problem?
-Where do I can comunicate this problem if everything is online?
-Or I have to send by traditional mail to my local office?, if I do all online i find this like the last option. OR IS WHAT I HAVE TO DO?
