Hi everyone,
Can somebody please help how to request for the official Medical File Notes for my dependent? We received a fairness letter from CIC because of my daughter's health problem.
Should I select the Medical File in the Access to Information Request or I would select for Permanent Residence application? Or this should be requested from the visa officer?
