Request Letter RPRF

I just received this letter from CPC April 17, they were saying my RPRF payment is outstanding and as me to pay asap, which I already sent on April 14th,2014. Just wondering if anyone has the same situation like this?

Reply with copy of receipt. Ask them to verify that they have received it.

Hello same as me,i did up front RPRF, so did you sent the email to CPC-CTD-Otawa or the one CPCO-Cost-recovery for your reply. because i just sent the receipt with my information to both of them witour cover letter and they send me automated response.thank you
