Request letter regarding scanned copies of passport

guys I was requested to send the scanned copy of the passport, tracker does not show any update yet, how long its gonna take to complete the whole thing and what could be the new step ???

This is a common request, nothing to worry about as long as you have truthfully declared all your trips abroad in the physical presence calculator.

There is no standard timeline. After your documents are verified (and in a few weeks after that), you might receive a "Decision Made" status on your ECAS (and in the new status dashboard, Language, Physical Presence and Prohibitions will be set to "Completed").

I got an email for sending passport pages too. The email body mentions don't change the subject line. But the attachment says to change it to last name and application number. Not sure what is the right format.

If that's the case, just add your last name and you should be fine as the app. # is already there.
