Request Letter for Passport and ID

Hello, I done my test and now I would like to send the copies of my passports and ID to the processing centre. I have 2 passports and 1 ID. How should I name the file? Should I combine 3 documents together or 3 files? How to name them? Please advice.

The email should outline the instructions to name the file. If I remember correctly it's last name and application number.
