Hello! I am the principal applicant and my AOR is August 2019. My application was sent from Mississauga to the Vancouver office in April 2020. I was just sent a letter requesting the following forms: IMM 5669 (Schedule A), IMM 5406 (Additional Family Information), IMM 5562 (Supplementary Information: Your Travels). These were forms that I had already sent when I initially applied, so I am curious as to what the reason might be that they are asking for these again.
