Request Letter Documents sent to Visa Office but still not on file

Hey everyone,

I would appreciate anyone's input on this. More than a month back I sent documents requested by NDVO. I sent via email and webform but today when my MP's office got back to me about my application, they said they don't have them on file. Has this happened with anybody here? Please advise. Today is my deadline to submit those documents.

Resubmit just in case. Most likley someone hasn't cleared that inbox yet. You could also try resubmitting through MP's office (some have been kind enough to do so), that provides a bit more trackability.

Yes it happened in my case they asked me first request letter nov15 they didn't receive and second letter they requested dec15 I sent again but on Jan 4,2022 i asked my MP to submit all the details she did it for me and got confirmation feb4 it is received from ircc and feb 25 i got ppr.

Hi i got same request

I got request from NDVO to submit additional documents to ndvo, they requested attachments less than 3mb when replying back to their email delhiimmigration...ca

1. sent on dec 15, i replied 4 attachments separate email to ndvo email and got general reply ( thank yo for the email, we received....)
2. sent on dec 20th I replied 4 attachmens each less than 3mb into single email and sent them ( I got same general reply we received...)

but
my gckey still shows " we need additional document...."
online new portal tracker shows " We're still working on your application. We’ll let you know here if we need any additional information from you."

On my gcms notes : it says
incoming 1
date: 2021/12/30
clientiinformation
status : requested
via:eek:nline

and says attachment :0

its been more than 3 months i have not got any updates on my application. I contacted MP they saying the attachments are not on the file

so my questions here
1. should i email back from MP's office from his staff to send email to ircc canada and email to ndvo

what are your thoughts guys whats happening...any expert on this

Hi this is happening to me
Now sent documents from MP but didn't get any confirmation from them too it's been 7 days now. I am so worried .
Please suggest are they got documents when u sent from MP and after how much time u got confirmation ?

Connect with your MP again for confirmation and keep doing it until your get one.

Same happens to me. Please advice how u overcome this situation . And how I can get a confirmation bdw I send documents to MP nd it's been 7 days we didn't get any confirmation. Same showing required documents please advise

There is not much you can do except trust that the MPs office forwarded the documents. I don't think the gc key portal updates to documents received, it didn't for me.
Next step is waiting..
Once my documents was forwarded from the MPs office, it took about a month for me to get pre-arrival letter.

Yeah we can wait but hoping that they got our documents . We will contact MP again . After waiting hope I will get some positive news
