Request For Written Authorization Confirmation Email

I submitted my request for written authorization 6 days ago via email. I have read that I am supposed to get an auto reply confirmation email, but I have received nothing. Should I be worried?

I am trying to visit my girlfriend, and we have been dating for over a year. I am a US citizen so it says I don't need a visa. I'm just worried something went wrong. Its been so long since we have been able to see eachother.

My U.S. partner applied 10 days ago and hasn't heard anything.

I applied on the 1st of January and I didn't get the confirmation email also or any response till date.

By til date, do you mean you still have yet to receive a response, or you just got one?
