Request for Verification from World Education Services to University

Hey,
I had sent my documents for verification to World Education Services by getting the official transcript and my degree certificate from Bangalore University;

World Education Services has sent mail and correspondence to verify the documents for secondary verification but the University is not being responsive; What can be done in such a case I am a foreign national and had done MBA from Bangalore University 2013-2015
Has any one here faced similar problem kindly suggest

You can either try and talk to WES on contact us page

You can also try and persuade the university officials, stating how important this is for you.

Other than that, you can take legal actions against the university, however, that would delay your process.

There are number of members from Bengaluru and nearby place. Hope somebody reads your post and help you, by visiting in person to the university. All the best.

What a relief it has been!!
If anyone has faced similar issue as mine You need to pay INR 2760 to the university for the issuance of Genuineness of Certificate outside India and they will be replying both electronically and by correspondence;
I finally got someone to visit the university`s registars office and he did the work for me ;

Hope Now WES shall carryout the further process;
