I got a mail from the Canadian embassy stating that

At this point of time you don't have to attend the Personal Interview, Please make the RPRF for every principal applicant, spouse or common law partner at the earliest.
The RPRF must be submitted in the form of a money order, certified cheque or bank draft payable to the "Canadian Consulate General".
The RPRF will be refunded if for any reason you do not immigrate to Canada.

My file is also moved to Detroit from buffalo, what does this mean? I haven't yet got my medical request too... Just thought of getting some insight from Senior members of this forum.

There are some people with only doc requests and like you with only interview waived. I don't know why Detroit works like that. When was it? Today? Would you mind posting the entire email message so that I can analyze it?

I have posted the entire message above.

You will get your medical request shortly.
And Detroit will likely process your background checks in place of Buffalo.
Overall, it obviously means your file is moving.
The only think confusing is that Buffalo seems to have asked you to deposit the RPRF.
Or are you to send it to Detroit?
You may want to send a case specific email to Buffalo.

Thanks for your reply, Yes that is confusing, I will check on that and get back to the forum.
